DAMAGED GOODS
CookinPellets UK will replace goods which are damaged in transit - No Quibble Warranty 
CookinPellets UK will arrange collection of the offending goods on our account.

LOST IN TRANSIT DELIVERIES
Undelivered goods ordered & not received by buyer & deemed Lost in Transit will be immediately replaced.

Buyer to notify CookinPelletsUK within 7 days of placing their order for replacement goods to be sent. 
CookinPellets UK will investigate lost packages. No claim for lost goods can be accepted outside the 7 day time limit.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Contact CookinPellets UK to advise Cancellation - Telephone or Email.
Full Refund is given immediately if goods have NOT been dispatched

If goods have been dispatched - please refuse Delivery - ask for goods to be returned to CookinPelletsUK
On receipt of returned goods to CookinPelletsUK - Full Refund is given - No Quibble Warranty
