My favorite pellets by far. For long cooks or short cooks, they add a rich smoky flavor that is just right regardless of the type of meat. Butt, brisket, chicken, ribs all come out tasting great.
Been using Perfect Mix for a while now - really happy with them. Was using Grey Bags of straight Hickory - Perfect Mix is a great economical replacement. Flavour for Smoking Ribs and Pork Shoulders (mostly what I cook) is fantastic. Quality of Cookin'Pellets is equal to other big brands. They were a great find!

Perfect Mix is far and away my favourite smoking pellet! I have used them on Ribs, Pork Butts, Chicken, Burgers, Pizza, Brats, etc. Everything I cook with them comes out great!
